By using the Taybah app or taybahapp.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Taybah is a free app for Quran and daily worship (reading, audio, prayer times, adhkar, hadith, and more). We provide it “as is” and strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free operation.

2. Religious content

• Quran, tafsir, hadith, and adhkar come from third-party sources and are shown without alteration by us.
• We do not generate religious content with AI (no summaries or machine-generated Quran/hadith text).
• Provider licences and Quran Foundation terms still apply; see Sources in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the API or attempt to compromise servers
• Redistribute content or mushaf fonts beyond what provider licences allow
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual property

The Taybah name, branding, and UI belong to the project. Quran, tafsir, and hadith content belongs to its providers. IBM Plex Sans Arabic is OFL-licensed; mushaf fonts follow Quran Foundation terms.

5. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Taybah is a helper tool for worship and study. Religious decisions are yours. Prayer times are estimates; verify with trusted local sources when needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the app or service interruptions.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. We may discontinue the service or features with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the operator’s country unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
