Delete your data

Version 1 — no cloud account

Taybah v1 has no sign-in. We do not store your bookmarks or notes on our servers. All personal reading data lives on your device only.

Clear all local data

1. Open the app → Settings (from My Quran or the menu).
2. Go to About & data.
3. Choose Clear all local data and confirm.

This removes bookmarks, highlights, notes, khatma, reading position, and settings stored in the user database. It does not remove downloaded audio or Quran content packs — delete those from Downloads or by uninstalling the app.

Uninstall the app

Removing Taybah from your device deletes local databases and all files in the app sandbox.

Future accounts

If cloud accounts and sync are added later:

• You will be able to delete your account in the app (dedicated screen with confirmation).
• You may also request deletion by email: eyadalasfahani@gmail.com (required for Google Play policies).

Server-side deletion removes synced data (bookmarks, notes, account settings) as described in the Privacy Policy.
